I already know about the 9670 not being supported, but I have a VP who wants this phone on his desk. I set it up, it contacts the call server and asks to be logged in, when I log it, it shows the extension on top and "Phone" and "Features" - the rest of the screen is blank. Any ideas?

You are correct, 9670 is not supported!
I did play around with one in the lab, way back on R6 or R7, I could not get it to work! Not only is it not supported, but it is also blocked!
Try showing this Customer a 9641, it works great on IPO, and it is supported.
