Hi All,
I have a BCM 400 in our PBX test lab and I lost all IP connectivity to it. Digital phones are working fine. I can connect to a system with a HyperTerminal. Here is what I see.
The disk structure is corrupt and non-readable.
+-----------------------------------------------------------------------------+
Product Version: BCM400 | Release: 3.6 | Build: 3.1a | Host: needsnewname
+-----------------------------------------------------------------------------+
Init Status: Complete(6.2) | Config status: Valid | Service startup: Auto
+-----------------------------------------------------------------------------+
The disk structure is corrupt and non-readable.
Motherboard: SH815 | PCI Cards: MSC Empty Modem LAN LAN | MSCVersion:
+-----------------------------------------------------------------------------+
Make a selection:[1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,X]?
I work with PBX for many years it's just not with Nortel BCM systems, but from what I see it looks like the hard drive has problems. It is still running based on the front panel indicator and I can feel it running with my fingers.
Can anyone give me an idea based on your experience on what is happening and how to fix it.
Thanks
