Well, I was browsing this forum in search of a replacement to Homesite which has serious problems when dealing with foreign languages ... so, I found Sleipnir's FAQ on this topic but was not happy with the applications introduced there.

Just when I thought the search was over, two or three magical keywords brought me to

http://www.pspad.com/

which is the home of an incredible freeware called PSpad.

Have a look and tell me what you think about it.

I'm currently testing it and I've found only one important feature that is lacking.

this is fantastic... I'm gonna throw Dreamweaver out of the window because I've opened my eyes and I'm not sleeping anymore! WOOHOO!

The options available with PSpad are really extensive and effecient!

I only code PHP, with some minor exceptions, and this program is great! I'll keep using it for a while to look if there aren't any annoying things about it...
