Hi. I have domain controller "domain" and i have backup domain controller "Bdomain". When i create user by Backup domain controller it gives me error:

Windows cannot create object ysername because:

The directory service was unable to allocate a realtive identifier

I can delete or disable users from bdomain. But i can note create it. Please help
 
is the RID Master role available??

on both of the DC's;

netdom query fsmo

that will list which server each DC believes holds the FSMO roles, look for the RID Master and compare what each DC says it thinks the current RID Master is. They should both report the same server.
