the design object "Could not be open"

This a client/server environment, the app is Paradox 8.

upon trying to access a form I get a message reads: the design object "could not be open".

Q-What is the fix to this problem, I thought it was a lck file located but scan the disk nothing.

This is a very generalised error message. Try using either the tracer or the debugger to identify which object cannot be opened.
