Well i ran all the updates as .NET framework wasn't installed then all the patches.
Still it wouldn't open, so I opened ther source ACCDB and it opened fine.
I copied the ACCDR back across to the users install folder on the C: drive, and this time it opened.
Bizzarre, I had pushed out the same ACCDR 4 times yesterday and it didn't work?
