The customer get the same mail each 1h 40mn

A customer get the same mail from the same sender each 100mn. Any idea where the problem could be ????

This probably isnt your problem but i will throw this out because it happened to me and may bare on the situation. incoming email with large attachments of about a meg or bigger(specifically image files) kept being resent to my internal users. the issue was in my email servers antivirus, it was taking to long to scan the attachment and it wasnt sending an acknowledgment back to the sending smtp server that we got it. so the sending smtp server kept resending the email. had to call the AV vender and they had a patch for it, seems it only affected certain systems under certain conditions and i had one of those conditions.
