The Control DN conflicts error, when changing skillset.

I disabled a skill set, changed the mailbox it was forwarding to, try to enable the skill set and get an error.

The Control DN ### conflicts with physical DN's please re-configure it or unplug DN's.

I did not change the Control DN and nothing else is using it.

Any idea's?

It says that a physcal DN is connected,do you see one in Maint. What did you change on the mailbox? There has to be a MB attached to the CC DN.

There is no physical DN connected. The only thing I changed was in day and night settings, i changed which mailbox it forwards the call to.

I did not change anything under the general properties of the skillset.

The mailbox of a skill set is created when the control DN is programmed. You can make it light another extension for message waiting but the mailbox number will still be the same as the control DN. A valid control DN can only be an inactive application DN. Pull up "ALL DN's" sort by name and find an inactive Application DN and make that your new Control set DN/Skillset mailbox.
