the mesage "The connection to the telephone system is interrupted" apeears on the UI of the agents, it repeats periodically (every 3-4 days). After IPOCC server reboot, it disappears for a while. I assume it is a network (firewall, anti-virus, etc) related issue, but i don't know how can is prove it for the local IT team.
i checked the previous avaya tickets in this topic, but i did'n find any usefull information.
The version of the IPOCC is 10.0.0.3
IPO version: 10.04
any suggestions?

the mesage "The connection to the telephone system is interrupted" apeears on the UI of the agents, it repeats periodically (every 3-4 days). After IPOCC server reboot, it disappears for a while. I assume it is a network (firewall, anti-virus, etc) related issue, but i don't know how can is prove it for the local IT team.
i checked the previous avaya tickets in this topic, but i did'n find any usefull information.
The version of the IPOCC is 10.0.0.3

any suggestions?
