The compatibility between HFA phones and hipath 3800 !! 1

hey guys !!
I've got a problem regarding the phones openstage 15 HFA V3 (R0.18.0) and the hipath 3800 V9 (R2.10.0 ), so when i set up the phone , the phone is logging in but i can't dial, and if i use another HFA phone with an older version or and older release of the phone it works normally .
The V3 phone works properly with openscape systems (X3,X5,X8)!?
In this link they said that the two versions are compatible to each other,

so what's the real problem?

Registration of HFA devices with HG 1500 V9 R2.11.0

In case that your HFA device can only “register” with V9 R2.11.0 HG Fix Release,
but doesn’t actually work please be advised to upgrade to the below mentioned versions:

Optipoint 410/420 HFA >=V5R7.x.x*
OpenStage 15/20/40 HFA >= V3R0.23.1
OpenStage 60/80 HFA >= V3R0.16.0

*SW is not under SWS Device page, please search on SWS OSBiz V1 SW releases (it opens automatically)
Note: some older versions may also work, but confirmed versions are above.

It worked Well !!
what i did is ,i just upgrad my HG 1500 from V9 R2.2.0 to V9 2.11.0.
