I have a command button hyperlinked to another Access database. The other db comes up, but the original stays up too. I want one to replace the other, so I gave the hyperlinking button a

DoCmd.Close

command. Access won't oblige. Be grateful to know a suitable piece of code to support the hyperlink, by closing down the current database, if someone could oblige, please.

Sorry. I should have used Quit. Apologies.
