i'm new to com+ and i created a simple standard com component on my w2k with sp2, and added it into the component services, everything just works well in my own machine, and then i exported a server proxy to another w2k with sp2, and installed the .msi, but the client doesn't work, it reports ...0x80070005(access denied), but i have made the user to be "everyone" and both machine were logged in with administrator.

How to resolve this? Thanks in advance.

Do you have the COM+ Application running under a domain account on the Identity tab?

If not, and your COM+ Application is setup to run under the logged on user, and the logged on user is a local account (assuming you are refering to the local administrator account), it probably can't see the network, therefore, cannot run the component remotely. Just a guess.

What is the client? ASP, executeable?

Ah yes error 70.

COM+ under component services need the client calling the object to be a domain user or trusts to be set up between domains.
