that is. thank you in advance
I don't believe there's a way to do this natively with callmanager, but I do believe Berbee has developed an app or something that will do this. It'll probably cost a little $$$. They do have some free AVVID stuff, though:
No, I don't know any off hand, but you might want to post this request to cisco-voip@puck.nether.net - lots of very, very experienced people there supporting Cisco AVVID gear; they might even be able to answer your display picture, though I would suggest searching the mailing list archives first.
I would at least try to contact some salepeople at berbee, at least they might be able to explain what coding is necessary and then you don't have to buy the product
Also, it might be worthwhile to investigate using the 7970s and Ip Communicator for video calls - you'll have to run ccm 4.0 and maybe you'll be able to show pictures of the caller as a screen pop or something (if you don't get the Cisco/Logitech cameras, that is).
I have CCM 4.0 but i stil can't make this. do you have this coding and what is necessary to do to show only picture at this time i don't won to play video on this phones. only picture whan some one call.
i won to show only picutre not video or video conference. only picture like some new mobile phones with camera when save the picture in some people when they call to you picture show on the display on your mobil phone i won to make this but on the ip phones.
ok, if you look at the ip phone services sdk, you'll find what you need. take a look at sample service numbers 25 & 26, 'photodirectory' and 'callerinfo.' they look like they'll do exactly what you want.
