I want to know how to burn my project on a VCD with the best video and audio quality. Where do I need to go and What do I need to do? My project is 11 minutes long and I have PREMIERE 6.0.
Thanks everybody !

-and sorry for my English, I speak French-

If your looking for best quality... I would suggest a SVCD. You can also get help for that at the address given in the prevouis post.

Life is change. To deny change is to deny life.

Be sure to check your target player for support of vcd/svcd. Some support both, only one, or even neither. Given the option, SVCD can provide better quality, especially if your video is only 11 minutes long and you wish to take up the whole CD. Non-super VCD standard is a constant bitrate, so you couldn't really utilize all that free space on the disc.

I use TMPGEnc for my MPEG encoding. It has VCD/SVCD presets for NTSC and PAL, as well as others. I'ts a very flexible tool:

Thanks a lot everyone for your valuable information. There is so many kind of media and support, and i'm a bit lost...But I'm learning! I think i will check for the SVCD.
