The Best Technique To create Forms With Many Fields Fast

I do have to create a Multi tabs form with many fields (over a 100 fields). What do you think will be the best technique to place the fields on the form? By the way if I want to learn cool form design where on the internet I can go? What about objects that I can get into my form design?

you can do it with a Flex grid.
