The Best Method to Deal with SPAM

I have a Domino 5.08 Server. I know there are features in a more current version of Notes to deal with Spam, but because of cutbacks an upgrade just isn't possible at this time.

I'm looking for suggestions on how to deal with spam. I've used Rules and Filters--but the spammers are relentless and there are many messages where I could not even create a Rule or Filter to deal with them.

Are you using anything at your company that is even a little effective? If so, please let me know what that is.

Trend makes a new product that's tied into IMSS called SPS. IMSS = Interscan Messaging Security Suite. SPS = Spam Prevention Services.

Pretty powerful and a lot of levels of enforcement. You can go to Trends site
