I am getting this error when instaling Backup exec 8.6

The backup exec 8.x Job engine service failed to start due to the following error:
The Account name is invalid or does not exist.
Select retry ti re-enter the account data or CANCEL to cancel instalation.

My account is there ??

thanks

Your account may be there, but what account did you use for the services? You need to pay attention to the install as it asks for two different logins. One time it asks for the login/password for the account the services are running under; the other time it asks for a login/password which has administrative rights. I have a feeling that you entered your information when it wanted the services account. I made this mistake a few times myself.

SQ,

I get the error right after i enter the username password for the service account. I do not have any for the admin account

thanks

During install there is a point where it asks you to create an account for the services to run on. What account/password did you use? It should also have told you that the account needs to run as administrator and should have given you 'popup' windows saying that the account was created with the permissions.

Is that the account you are using?

SQ,

I've tried a lot of different ways!! Creating the user during the install. Creating the user before the install.
I get the popup that the user was created successfuly. The error come's right after.
