The arrow doesnt work for me, its being schezophrenic. 1

Alright, in illy, i cant scale anything or move anything, the black arrow is acting like the white one and im getting crazy since i have some logos i need done and what not.

Heres a picture to show you what i mean:

You probably have hidden the bounding box. Go to View - Show Bounding Box.

Btw, you can scale using the Scale Tool (S) even when the bounding box is hidden.
