It looks like French... but what does it mean? I couldn't find it in T.A.D ;o)

It literally means: "ten millions of thousand portholes!". In the old wooden ships, a sabord is the hole in the hull through which guns and cannons were fired.

That curse is a favorite of Capitaine Haddock -- a character in the Tintin cartoons. That curse is also a favorite of French speaking sailors.
