The ADP file is not in the corect format?

helpp
i'm trying to access a microsoft access project through terminal service and while running it gives me an error:
"the ADP file is not in the correct format for a microsoft access project"
i even try to make sure only one instance of the program is running on the network but still pops up? but it was working fine days ago...
so help would be great thx....
