the ACCS Real Time Report is not working

Hi Dears,
i have attached the below photo that display the problem in the Avaya Contact Center Select (ACCS) that the Real Time Report is not working.

Please Note: that if i access the ACCS server itself and run the real time report its work, However if any other computer want to access the real time report the above error will displayed

Can i get any help with this Problem. Please.

you should check the port martix of ACCS server and the relation between the server and the client machines.
there is a udp port range should be opened.
 
i once viewed a thread that you replayed to it with a photo that showing the port matrix of the ACCS server which is the below

But I contact the IT employee in the side about if he blocking these ports, he told me that they don't block these ports.

that's why I published this thread. because I don't have a solution to for this issue..
