That to make to print with the Citizen Cd-S500 in Aloha?

Hello,
It already tries to form it as another model of Citizen for Aloha and now appears to me error in the port. I have changed it of port and to me it continues appearing the same message. Not that to do. Somebody can help me. Thanks
