That Hotmail Frame/Banner

If I open my website from a link in hotmail, it opens in a new window with that annoying hotmail frame/banner at the top and when people try and log in it doesnt work properly because it messes up the cookies.

Is there any javascript that will check that the banner is there and if it is refresh the page so only my site is there.
