The IPS is 3rd in line after 2 IPX's all ccis'ed together via our own T-1 network (fiber and microwave)all trunks (out & in) term at the main IPX, calls for the IPS route through the second IPX then to the IPS.
The IPS DT is louder than outbound RBT and called party, also DT is louder than caller on an inbound call to the IPS, levels sound OK at 2nd IPX. Any ideas on pad settings??? Thanks... Fred.

Yes, in the ARTD command tehre are PAD settings and in the help view, you can see the settings and also in the manual it tells what each setting does (i.e. -db settings).
You should look at the settings for each and see what are each are set for and you may find that the ones that are too loud are set higher.
Hope that helps.
