tgar is not a cos, per se.. if tgar(station) and targ(trunk) match you have a block. you can put several targs on a trunk (in the rdb). Just another level of toll restriction. i have used it to keep sales off of the last 4 outbound ld trunks, so they wouldn't be busy for the the oweners, and other big shots.. or the telephone man.
