Hi all

we have customer that is runing Opt11c system, the internal users use their authcode + Acod of cot rdb to make outbound calls..now we have add new PRI rdb and built AC1 + spn codes...when users try to dial AC1 they have automatically the outbound calls without using authcodes...

How to make this authcodes operational as before, with new ac1 + spn configuration...?

Thanks

Regards

You need to check the NCOS on the PRI trunks against the COT trunks. Also check if you have CLS = TLD etc on the PRI trunks. You really need to make sure that the PRI RDB and trunks are built in the same way as the COT RDB and trunks.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

they have both the same TARG...and (NCOS 0) CLS=UNR on both members of pri and COTs..but when we dial ACOD of COT we need to enter also authcode (Ok), however when we dial AC1 that point to pri we can make outbound calls without autcode...!!!

where I can check to make authcode operational with PRI through AC1 ...?

AC1 is looking at your BARS programming whereas an ACOD is allowing you direct access to a trunk group.
In order to prompt for an auth code, you need to be sure that the NCOS of the set is lower than that needed to place the call thru BARS.
ex: RLI for long distance calls has FRL of 3 (FRL 3 = NCOS 3)

Stations have NCOS of 1. 1 cannot call long distance without AUTH CODE.
