Tgar Targ restriction

I have been asked to set up a restriction to stop ACODS being dialled.

The phones are currently set up with TGAR 0 CLS-TLD and route 0 no tgar. NCOS 6 allows STD access with this setup.

If I add TGAR 1 to the route and change the phones TGAR to 1 I cannot make and external call.

I have changed the CLS to CTD with the same result what do I need to change to stop the ACOD being dialled without restricting the phones access?

TGAR/TARG barring can be used to make extensions select a particular route.
Starting with the extension you assign it a TGAR value. It is only a number
between 0-31 and it only has any significance if you use the Trunk Busy keys
on the console for routes 0-19.
An extension with a TGAR from 0 to 7 accessing the route that has been
busied out will be automatically intercepted to the attendant. Station users
with a TGAR of 8 to 31 will not be affected and can dial out in the normal
manner. See the Feature and Services guide, "Attendant Trunk Group Busy
Indication" and "Access Restrictions" for TGAR/TARG barring.
So you would assign a TGAR value to extensions 5600-5679, say 5 and for
5680-5699 say 6.
Then in the Route Data Block (RDB) for route 43 you would add TGAR 6 and
route 44 TGAR 5.
If The TGAR matches a TARG entry the call is barred. If the TGAR doesn't
appear in the TARG prompt the call will be allowed. You only have one TGAR
value on each extension but TARG on the route can have several entries.
Use overlay LD 21 for printing the routes. LD 16 for to amend the RDB.

you mya want to check in load 86, to be sure that tgar=yes
ld 86 prt esn... you do need to know that if you match tgar to tgar for a block, that will override ncos/frl.. fyi.. i have access to local and in state ld due to frl's on the rlb, and the ncos on my phone. i dial the acod and dial out of state.. if you block the acod access to that route, i can no longer use it to dial my allowed area codes.. i have a cdr screen that captures anyone that dials an acod, locating the people who are dialing around preset limits.. i just use a script file in procomm that gives me an aud alarm if that number sequence if in the 1st field of the dialed dn.. alerting security and turning the phone off works very well..
