TGAR and TARG Don't match but get reorder tone when dialing ACOD

When I dial the ACOD of 4041 from my set, I get reorder tone and I don't understand why since the TARG and TGAR don't match therefore the call should go through.

Any thoughts?

UPDATE - when I dial this ACOD of 4041 from a digital set that has the same TGAR of my set, I get through successfully.

Is there a difference with the TGAR / TARG when IP sets are involved?

Try changing CTD to UNR.

Changed the CLS to UNR - still get reorder tone.

TGAR and TARG applies to all sets the same, IP, digital and analog. I would to a trace on the IP set and see what is going on.

Since you appear to be calling from IP phone to TDM music it might be that you need to have a music trunk in the same network group as your media gateway card. Or change the route to broadcast (BDCT YES).
