TFTP, weird

So we've got this weird TFTP issue with some of our IP connected receipt tape printers. The printers appear to have some auto-config ability that is fed by TFTP. However, this TFTP ability is not configurable and cannot be turned off on the printer side. The printers keep spitting out these weird TFTP failure messages, way too often, wasting paper. To find out where the TFTP packets were originating I looked around using our Fluke meter. The only source of TFTP packets is an address which belongs to our 3745 router. The router is sending TFTP broadcasts. I never setup this device to do any TFTP services so I'm guessing it might do it "out of the box"? At any rate, the crap needs to be turned off, is it possible to ensure the 3745 quits sending TFTP broadcasts out?

Appreciated.

The only thing I can think that the 3745 is sending is config packets...try no service config. If that does not work, I would make an acl pointing to that printer(s) denying tftp and allowing everything else.
access-list 103 deny tcp any host 10.10.10.2 eq 69
access-list 103 permit ip any any
int fa0/0
ip access-group 103 out

That is with the printer being at IP 10.10.10.2 and the interface for that LAN being fa0/0
