tftp server does not see html file

Hello,

I am attempting to upgrade the IOS on a Cisco 3560 switch via the web interface. I have copied the .tar file to the TFTP directory but,
when I click on Show Dir all I see are the tftp related files, no .tar file. How do I get the server to recognize the
tar file and the html folder within?
