When statically assigning an 4624 IP phone if there are no TFTP servers I should configure 0.0.0.0 right or wrong?

Had two CLAN all of a sudden stop registering IP Phones. The cards are TN799C. For the TFTP it had server info and I been doing all my installs with DHCP so could remeber the last time I static one if I just used 0.0.0.0
I had a third CLAN not not configured or in use so I used this adn setup the default registration for the new CLAN in the network mapping and region.
Thanks for confirming I got them back thank goodness.
