TFormula component

Hi, I need a component for Delphi, at least Delphi 4, that's called TFormula and its unit is called Formula_TLB. Unfortunately that's all I know about that component, but I need it to build a Delphi project I have to work on.
If anyone knows it, please reply to this post or send me an e-mail. It is very important and urgent for me.

Thank you whosrdaddy, but this is not the component I was looking for. The one you suggest is about evaluate arithmetic formulas, and it doesn't seem to include a class named TFormula.
Looking better at the project, the one I'm looking for is a component that has to do with communication with devices, possibly serial, but I'm not sure.
It has properties like left, top, width and height, a property called ControlData, methods like Action, Open, Close, DeviceData and an EventHandler called OnDataEvent.
