Tformatsettings in 2007 1

I have this code I use under XE:
result := AddThousandSeparator(S, FormatSettings.ThousandSeparator);

That does not work under 2007. What can I do to make it work?

Probably need to replace FormatSettings.ThousandSeparator with SysUtils.ThousandSeparator
