Since upgrading to Succession we constantly get TFC001 QOS packet loss warnings. It very annoying when programming. Our 81 has IP phones also but we don't get the messages. Anyone no how to turn them off or at least tone them down so we dont see them unless it's actually service effecting. None of our CS reps can notice any quality issues so I really would like to get rid of these.

Hi,

There are 2 patches for it.
P17915 and P19472. If those are already installed you must install firmware for the I2002 sets. The firmware is C804D50.bin.
