We just trying to launch Symposium Express Call Center 4.2 on a new hardware under Windows 2K Server.
Database restore on the new sever was successful. We have NI040206E001S and NS040206E005S PEPs installed. Nevertheless TFA and TFABridge services don't start.
The following errors are in the Alarm Monitor:

Code 41560. Service TFABRIDGE_Service has died too many times.

Code 49208. TFA_Service did not complete startup. [in: .\NIDX_clImplement.cpp when File:.\NIDX_clImplement.cpp, Line:91 --> Unable to locate the Hdx Bridge.
.]

Code 41506. Service nbts failed the sanity poll, rc=40652.

Code 41505. Service nbts terminated unexpectedly, rc=41506.

Code 40592. Event from NT System Log(Service Control Manager), Event: ID=7024, Description: The MAS Time Service service terminated with service-specific error 41506.
.......
Code 41504. Internal error in service TFABRIDGE_Service, additional data = NBsm_GhoulBroadcastRequestHandler[ControlServ], rc=40606.

Any comments would be highly appreciated!

Regards.

41560 is also an issue for me, any thoughts? I have lost music on hold from mermail and gives me a "this session can not continue" message. I have SCCS with an option 61c meridan access classes. I have tried everything I know, but to no avail.

Help please.........Nortelshop

If you are getting "this session can not continue" message I would say that there is an issue with your access ports. They may look aqcuired in Symposium and PABX but are actually not functioning correctly. Is Symposium fully operational? Is every call getting the "this session can not continue" message? Maybe only one access port is causing issues?
