TextPad compile error???

Im getting an error saying:

Error occurred during initialization of VM
Unable to load native library: Can't find dependent libraries

Tool completed with exit code 1

This happens whenever I compile with TextPad. I tried reinstalling textpad and reinstalling jre and sdk.
