Textmode mem address... &hB800? 1

I used to know this but it has been a few years...
What is the Address in memory for the text screen mode 0
(SCREEN 13 is &hA000)
I keep wanting to say &hB800 but I am not sure...
Thanks in Advance for any feedback. Sometimes... the BASIC things in life are the best...

Also I forgot the exact format for the data going into the buffer...

you need a byte for the character (0-255)... but how is the color stored again(0-15)?...(and 16-31 flashing?)

Does each Character Require 2 bytes? Sometimes... the BASIC things in life are the best...
