I have a textbox on a form for entering numeric values. The values get POSTED to another form. I find everytime I go into the page on the site and enter a number, the textbox acts in a similar way to a drop down combo, showing past numbers entered. Any ideas? Thanks.

That will be your browser preferences.
Which browser are you using?
In Firefox go to
Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> Saved Form Information
and uncheck the box.
In Internet Explorer go to
Internet Options -> Content -> Autocomplete
and check/uncheck the options as you see fit
