text with scroll bar in Flash 5

I would like to create a text field with a scroll bar so that the viewver can scroll up and down the text.
I have flash version 5, how can i do it ?
I there a tutorial somewhere ?

or you can just add the buttons bellow the text to scroll the text every time user clicks it.(you have to use the action script here
