Text turns to giberish when printed

I've just installed Visio Professional 2003 and created a diagram of our company web site. The document was created perfectly. However, when I print it all the text in the document comes out as 'jiberish'. The characters are still english characters, but there are letters over-writing others, there isn't a single word which makes sense. It's like a random function went through and simply replaced every single letter on the document.

Any thoughts on what might be going on here?
