Text to XML format

I have a simple text file (colon separated format) that looks like the following:

User Class:User Name:OSSignon
CAM:Jainarain, Mark:jainam2
CAM:Hui, Victor:HUIV2
CAM:Nayak, Anil:nayaka2
CAM:Lee, Shane:lees5
CAM:Hawara, Ed:haware

I want to take this file and convert it to an XML format. Is this easy to do? Please let me know if you need any other information from me.
