Text to tif utility

Hi,

We have a sco unix 5.06 os and I'm looking for a utility to convert text reports to tif format. Normally the reports are printed on dot matrix printers in 17 (compressed) cpi or 20 cpi with epson ctrl codes , but I would like to print to text and then convert to tif so that they could be emailed as attachments.

Any ideas or suggestions on how to do this or another method?
