I'm trying to make a solution where I need the customers to confirm their CLI.
I have used the text to speech function, but the number is being read to fast and digit by digit.

I have done like this : You called from <prosody rate="default"/><prosody rate="-5"><say-as interpret-as="number" format="digits">$CLI</say-as></prosody>

Any idears ?

you could save the CLI in CP0 in a generic action and then read it back to the caller in a menu after that.

Give a tech a solution and he will be back tomorrow to ask you the next question, teach a tech how to read the manual and he will be able to solve the problems for a life time.

How would you read ít back the CLI / CPO to the caller in a menu ? As I see it, I will still have problem with the speed of the readback

You cannot. Dynamic information, aka Variables, cannot be read in that form. You just use a speak-text action. The only other way to do it is on the prompt for the menu, make the first prompt "the number you are calling from is", then another prompt with $CLI (yes, $CLI), and then another prompt "please press 1 if this is correct" or whatever it is supposed to do.

Without the Advanced license you can use a Generic action to speak any number digit by digit.
It does not matter if it is a number or a variable containing number.
I always have a module telling me the phonenumber I am using to dial the VM, try it.
Module "MyNumber":
Start > Generic Action > Announcement = $CLI
Shortcode:
SC =*99
TN = "MyNumber"
Action = Voicemail Collect

Handy if you have a lot of analog stations.

A simple mind delivers great solutions

Intrigrant,
I do the same thing on large warehouse installations where there are a lot of basic analog stations; make sure the wiring guys did their job properly!
