Hi all,

I have a site using a css file which displays perfect in Internet Explorer and Firefox. The problem comes with Safari. The text size info; - #masthead h1 { font-size: 1.3em; } - whilst being fine in IE and firefox, seems to display huge text in Safari.

Does anyone have any possible reasons for this?

When i change - font-size: 1.3em; - to say.. - font-size: 1em; - the text does go down to an appropriate size in safari, but its too small in IE and Firefox.

Any help or insight would be much appreciated...

Thanks in advance

Can you give us a link to the page? h1 tags and em font sizes work fine for me in IE, FF and Safari

Definitely this is a "reset" problem (different browsers use different defaults for things like padding, margin and font size). There is an FAQ that shows how to deal with this: faq215-6624
