Text size on Internet Explorer

Every time the user logs on to his computer and access Internet Explorer the text size changes from medium to larger text setting. Do anyone know how to hold the text setting without having to change it every time the computer is logged on?

I would reset Internet Explorer to all of the defaults then see what happens. If the problem still remains I would apply the latest version and any avaliable updates to see if this resolves the issue.
