I have a field in a database which is free text. I need to search this for key words. Is there a formula that will filter all entries that contain that word, ie all entries containing the word clinical

Use this formula in your RECORD SELECTION -
"CLINICAL" in UpperCase ({Table.TEXTfield})
This will find any records that contain "clinical" in any upper/lower case combination....but it won't find records where "clinical" is misspelled by the operator.
