I'm creating titles in after effects for the beginning of my movie. Every time I export it to put it into Adobe Premiere, the text is all choppy and bad quality. I've tried changing the quality settings different export settings and files. And it's still the same. Please help!

How are you looking at the text in Premiere? It could be that there is a setting that is making the text look like a poor quality.
Otherwise, it may be that the text needs to be animated with FIELDS enabled.
