Hi,

I want to display say, one line of text on the left of a page, five in the middle and three on the right. If I use a three column table, the text on the left and right will be at a different hight to the text in the middle because the table centers the text in the cell. How can I get the beginning of the texts to be at the same height?

Cheers

I`ve noticed that valign -attribute doen not work in all browser so you can also define relative position with suitable value.

3142 maybe you mean the CSS attribute verticl align??

I have had no problems with valign in tables, it should work in all browsers.

SO just put <tr valign=&quot;top&quot;> to specify the height of the full row, or just for a cell you can use <td valign=&quot;top&quot;>

it can either be top, middle, bottom or baseline
