I have a user that occasionally when she recieves a reply to an e-mail that she sent is only able to view the other person's reply in autopreview. These message are always from outside of the company and are HTML e-mails. However, this does not happen with all of her HTML e-mails. She recieves other without any troble at all. When she opens the e-mail or views it in the reading pane she does see the entire e-mail that she sent to the person origionally. However she does not see any of the reply from the other person, it only comes up in autopreview.
She is running Outlook 2003 on Windows XP and we are running Exchange 2000 server. I am at a loss as to why this is happening. I don't believe it is consistant from particular senders. Just hit and miss. I have looked through the settings and I cannot see anything that I thing would be causing a problem.
