Text on inside of path??

Ok, this is a 2 part question. How do you get text on the in side of a path &/or how do you get in to wrap underneath??

The pic below shows what I mean, text inside the circle where the red arrow is.
Any ideas??

Use type on path tool for text. Select text and go to Type menu/type on path/options. Select Desender from align to path for inside. Increase/decrease "spacing" to move the text away/closer to the path. Check Flip for a quick move. It's easiest to check the Preview box so you can see the result before committing. Then use the direct selection tool to get the text on path indicators that you move to put the text where you want it.

Using OSX 10.3.9 on a G4
 
...use the black arrow tool and find the bar that looks like a "T", it is on the path in your image right on the letter "F". Pull this into the circle and then drag the text around to the position you need...
